Compassionately notice everything about each story in your Chattering Mind.
Is this story driven by fear? False beliefs? Not deserving? Where did the story come from? Is it really true? How does your body react to this story? How does it make you feel? What are the emotions underneath the story? Can you just feel those?
Remember your courage and compassion as you investigate what is in your Chattering Mind. Some wild stories will show themselves to you. Know that all Adventurers have wild, even anxious, stories.
