Your Chattering Mind can even help connect you to others by allowing you to express and share what you find in your heart.

You need your Chattering Mind to navigate this adventurous Life.

The key to a healthy Chattering Mind is to always remember that it is just a tool of your Inner Navigator—a spectacular, amazing tool—but a tool nonetheless.

You are not just your Chattering Mind.

Your stories, your fears, your worries—even your goals, accomplishments, and desires—are just a small part of who you are.

This small part is always held within the spaciousness and presence of your original, Open Mind.
